As a child, Jenny Keenan was a regular at antique shops alongside her father, an architecture and historic preservation enthusiast who could build or fix most anything. Watching her dad light up when he discovered the origin story of an interesting piece delighted Jenny — and planted the seeds for her creative life.

After graduating college, Jenny spent time out west, drawn to the landscape, the pace, and the sense of freedom. That season of exploration ultimately led her back east and into design school, where she found her true calling. Jenny’s father often said, “Find out what you do best and do more of it.” It’s been her mantra and inspiration since. Jenny’s career began at an established interior design firm in Charleston where she honed her skills on both residential and commercial projects.

In 2004, she established her eponymous interior design firm in Charleston, SC. Her warmth and ease with clients and partners builds trusted, long-term relationships. Jenny and team have had the unique pleasure of collaborating with clients on multiple projects over time.

Jenny brings a meticulous, thoughtful approach to the planning phase of every project, considering every layer from plaster finishes to custom cabinetry and hardwood floors. Her deep knowledge of materials and eye for detail, especially in finishes, is what truly sets her apart. She has a particular talent for sourcing and selecting stunning decorative lighting and original art, infusing each space with personality and a lived-in sense of place. Jenny’s travels, both domestic and abroad, have broadened her perspective and deepened her love for craftsmanship and storytelling, influences that subtly weave their way into the textures, palettes, and soul of her work.

Her growing body of work includes private residences, workspaces, restaurants, and boutique hotels — from South Carolina, New York and St. Barts, to Connecticut, Arizona and beyond.

A prominent force and voice in residential and commercial design, Jenny has more than two decades of experience. Her work has been featured in local and national publications.

In 2025, Jenny launched Archives, a curated wallpaper collection inspired by antique French fabrics — designed to preserve historic artistry and serve as a reminder that inspiration is everywhere.
